Patrick Jupe has nearly 10 years of experience leading strategic and operational value creation transformations. Prior to Renovo, Patrick was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey in the Recovery and Transformation Services practice. Patrick focused on conducting diligence, sizing opportunities, defining strategic cost and growth initiatives, developing implementation plans, and driving initiatives to execution across a broad set of operational and growth levers primarily for heavy industrial clients.Patrick began his career at Chevron in their Project Management Leadership Program, where he focused on leading major capital projects from engineering to start-up in the field. Will Carter has nearly 10 years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining Renovo, Will was a Vice President at Sunny River Management, where he evaluated private equity investment opportunities with a focus on the industrial services and manufacturing sectors. Prior to Sunny River, he worked as a Senior Associate at Torque Capital Group.
Will began his career in investment banking as an analyst at Genesis Capital. He received a B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and an M.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.Contact Will
