We are pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Farrell to Principal
Matt Farrell has been with Renovo for over 7 years and has been a key contributor to two fundraisings as well as the development of a number of platform strategies. Notably, during his tenure, Matt has played an instrumental role in the development of our Sensors vertical, successfully completing the platform acquisition of Rochester Gauges in 2018 and two subsequent add-on acquisitions. Matt also stepped in as interim CFO for the first two years post-closing.
Matt has over 15 years of principal investing and management consulting experience. Prior to Renovo, Matt was a vice president with Deloitte CRG, was an associate with Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending and started his career in Dallas with Prudential Capital Group.
Matt graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in finance. Matt currently serves on the board of Summit Casing Equipment and Rochester Gauges.

Join us in welcoming Tom Colosky and Rob Minor:
Rochester Gauges, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of FPI Sensors, which further expands Rochester’s market share in the liquid level sensor space.
Tom Colosky joins as Vice President with nearly 10 years of experience working in strategic and operational value creation. Prior to Renovo, Tom was a Senior Manager at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) where he focused on corporate and operations strategy. Areas of expertise include cost structure affordability, governance and organizational design, large scale transformation, market analysis, and growth strategy, and was primarily focused in the Industrials sector.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. Tom is also a graduate of the Harvard Business Analytics Program.
Rob Minor joins as Vice President and has over 10 years of experience working in strategic and operational value creation. Prior to Renovo, Rob was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group in the Technology Practice Area helping clients on key strategic initiatives including market due diligence, product portfolio strategy, operating model improvement, cost transformation and post-merger integration.
Rob began his career at GE Energy Management as a graduate of GE’s Commercial Leadership Program in the Electrical Distribution Equipment division and holds two patents on Electric Vehicle Infrastructure from his time at GE. Rob received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
